We’ve just released the results of our exclusive 2017 survey of US/UK mobile travel app consumers in a brand-new paper, “Mobile Apps for Travel — What Consumers Think About App Errors and Slow Performance”.
You may remember a 2016 survey and paper that we also put together about a year ago called “Travel Apps – How We Got To Now”. This year we’ve asked even more smartphone users how they use the travel booking and research apps on their devices, as well as what they do when they encounter errors, slow load times or otherwise poor performance.
The answers may be a bit of a wake-up call for brands in the travel, tourism and hospitality space. Our paper looks to illuminate the new mobile app-driven travel landscape, and to provide some very practical and essential suggestions to help those in the travel ecosystem understand just what’s at stake in an on-the-go world defined by mobile apps.
This exclusive 2017 Neumob US/UK consumer research helps clarify what it took to arrive at this point in travel history — one in which well over 50% of consumers are now using mobile apps to book their travel experiences. We’re love for you to download a copy here.
